I love providing food for special events that are geared towards improving the lives of others.
I am in the Gig Harbor, WA area but can travel to destinations for events and retreats.
I focus on plant-based cuisine and Ayurvedic recipes.
My background is in high-end, private cheffing.

I team up with two other amazing women to form Soul Element Retreats.
We offer a weekend in Zion National Park where we hike, meditate, twist and pose, journal and escape to the depths of our soul to find awakening, healing and love.
